Terms and Conditions for Artwork Purchases

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any artwork, including photography overlay prints and original paintings, from EllArie Art Collective, the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Sales Finality and Refunds

All sales of artwork, whether original paintings or limited edition prints, are considered final. Due to the nature of the products and the custom printing process, EllArie Art Collective does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is successfully completed. Please review all product descriptions and dimensions carefully before purchasing.

3. Shipping and Damage

While every effort is made to package artwork securely, EllArie Art Collective is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and explore resolution options with the carrier.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• Artist Retains Copyright: The artist, Sara, retains all copyright and reproduction rights to all artwork, including photography overlay prints and original paintings, even after the sale of the physical item.
• No Commercial Reproduction: The purchase of an artwork does not transfer any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, or otherwise use the image for any commercial purpose.
• Prohibited Use: Buyers may not scan, photograph, digitally alter, or otherwise re-create the purchased artwork (or any digital copy thereof) for the purpose of selling, distributing, or licensing. The artwork is for personal display only.
• Sharing on Social Media: Buyers are welcome to share photographs of the artwork displayed in their homes on personal social media accounts, provided the artist is credited.

5. Limited Edition Prints

All limited edition prints are individually signed, numbered, and sold with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). The COA confirms the artwork's details and its edition number, establishing its provenance and collectible value. Edition sizes and pricing are subject to change.
